What’s included

A weekly schedule of recommended classes

Each week you’ll see a simple schedule of suggested sessions to help you build a well-rounded routine. Classes are designed to include a mix of aerobic movement, strength, balance, mobility and functional exercise.
You can follow the weekly plan or choose what suits you day by day.

Live classes (usually weekly) with the same instructor

The live class is led by the same instructor (me!), to help it feel consistent and supportive.

At the end of each live class, there’s time for general questions. You can type questions during the session using the chat section.

Can’t make it live? No problem — the live class is recorded and added to the library.

Pre-recorded classes you can do anytime

Alongside live sessions, you’ll have a growing set of pre-recorded classes that you can play whenever it suits you — morning, afternoon, or evening.

These are ideal if you prefer flexibility or want to repeat favourites.

A growing library, organised to help you find the right class

Over time, your library will build into a wide range of options, including:

– sitting and standing classes
– different challenge levels (gentle through to more challenging)
– different focuses (strength, mobility, balance, posture)
– different lengths (short sessions up to longer sessions)

You can browse by categories and search for what you need.

You can save classes you enjoy using My Favourites, so you can return to them easily.
